Adds asked: What’s the main reason for people’s XP to go up on Halo 3? For example you go fro recruit to sergeant and major, general commander and all the ranks.

nickobeano asked: Nearly every time I try to play a matchmaking game on Halo 3, the game starts but before I appear on screen the game says game over, and throws me back to the matchmaking menu.
I haven’t been banned and I have a very good internet connection. Anybody got any ideas?
