Halo2 Mighta Sucked…but Halo 3 Tournaments Are Sick!

How can I convince my dad to let me get Halo 3? I already have Rainbow 6 Vegas?

Halo 3
lordjirachi129 asked:

I REALLY REALLY want Halo 3. I just got Xbox Live and I want 2 play with some of my friends on Live, but the only game that I have that I can use on Live is Rainbow 6 Vegas. My dad says that I can’t get Halo 3 because he doesn’t approve of it, but he approved of Rainbow 6 b/c it has a tactical aspect to the game. Please please please help. Thanks.

tell him halo is less real and if he lets you have games where you can kill human beings why not let you have a game where you can save humans from the brink of extinction by some evil alien scum?

plus halo kicks major @$$ over vegas.

i have vegas 1 and 2 and all 3 halos

Just ask him whats bad about killing aliens? There is no sexual things in this game and the only real blood in it is alien blood. What is bad about seeing purple goo on the ground?

  4. Andrew Says:

tell him that you would play halo3 more than any game you have..which is pretty much true

tell your dad that halo doesn’t have real violence and blood it’s fake animated alien blood and that the violence is simulated and doesn’t even look real(not!!) i own only vegas 2 and i think it’s alright and i also own all three halo games. LONG LIVE HALO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

give him a book called grand theft childhood.
or research it and show him a video about the authors talking about this kind of violent games…..its not against gta or halo…they just made a study that shows that violent games and violent attitude don’t really have a link….its good trust me.
