You must do this though Xbox live. Just play halo till it kills you. If you have enough wins and high rank they will take notice. Good Luck.

If you get on the bungie favorites with a map or video or anything they will give you recon.

just keep recording. The easiest way to do this is have something come up by luck that is really weird. One guy got recon because he shot a rocket, and a traffic cone went flying from the blast, the cone hit the guy in the head and killed him. Another guy shot a sniper, and the target threw down a bubble shield just in time, the bullet bounce off the shield and hit another shield(I don’t think it was another bubble one) and the bullet bounce off that, hitting the guy who SHOT the sniper in the head. This is the easiest way because, some of the guys on Multiplayer are amazing, and only get better, there’s no way you could catch up with them. So hit the camera, and hope for the best.
